Mature Driver

With the increase in Florida’s population growth of drivers over 65, it is important to educate them, their caregivers, and medical professionals about the resources available for older drivers. The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) partners with other state agencies to promote information for and outreach to mature drivers to help them continue to drive safely. There are also resources for those looking to make a safe transition from driving.
