Members of the Florida Highway Patrol attended this year’s National Police Memorial Ceremony in Washington, D.C., as part of National Police Week that was recognized May 11-16, 2011.

Col. David Brierton along with members of the FHP Honor Guard, including: Capt. Joe Lopez, Sgts. Dennis Hobbs, Louis Tejera, Dwayne Cooper, Frederick “Eric” Hall, Ray Wigfall, Cpl. Quentin Mills and Trooper Shenaqua Stringer, represented the Patrol in the events. Stringer escorted the family of Trooper Patrick Ambroise on special tours of the Washington D.C. area.
