Trooper Febles passed away due to complications from Covid-19. Trooper Febles served the residents of Florida, with the Florida Highway Patrol, for more than twelve years. His career with the Florida Highway Patrol began August 9, 2009. He was a member of the 118th Recruit Class in Tallahassee from August 9, 2009 to February 11, 2010. Trooper Febles served in Troop E and K in Miami. At the time of his death, he was 42. He is survived by his wife and two children.
