Trooper Hryc passed away due to complications from Covid-19. Trooper Hryc had served the residents of Florida, with the Florida Highway Patrol, for more than seventeen years.  His career with the Florida Highway Patrol began in May 2004.  Trooper Hryc served in Troop I in Marion County.   At the time of his death, he was 50 years old. He is survived by his wife and two children.
